The Training and Placement Team of RIT is dedicated towards achieving 100% placements and leaves no stone unturned in preparing Recruitment schedule of the year by inviting HR Teams of different corporates to ensure the smooth functioning of the Campus-Recruitment process. Meanwhile, numerous Training programs, Workshops, Seminars, Industry interactions, and also industry visits are conducted parallely with Regular one-on-one counseling for betterment of the students facing difficulties in interviews. Faculty Development Programs are conducted concentrating on 360 degree improvement in student performance through the skill development of the faculty. The Entrepreneurship Development area also is encouraged & monitored with the view making Job-Creators apart from Job-Seekers.

Training and Placement Cell of RIT sincerely believes in comprehensively training the students to face the corporate world and have a successful professional career. The training programs encompass a three stage process to train the students to make them ready for the industry and develop the students to face the corporate world. Special emphasis is made to train the students to meet the requirements of the information technology industry through e-learning. This facilitates the students to learn technologies of the information technology industry in a scientific manner through a structured path, on 24X7 basis, at a pace suitable for individual students. Our college has entered in to a tie up with an industry leader for the delivery of this program. Almost, all the eligible students have been placed in reputed companies with some of them having more than one offer.

How are we doing it?

• To make the student corporate ready. We start systematic training from the first semester itself. The first and second semester focuses on laying a foundation on the Communication Skills along with a light on Universal Human values.
• The third and fourth semester focuses on Advanced communication skills, E-mail writing, Essay writing, sentence correction, subject verb agreement so on.
• The fifth and sixth semester focuses on Aptitude cracking skills and People  skills  which  include programs  on  Personality Development, Presentation skills, Goal Setting, Confidence building, Conflict Management, Inter-personal Skills, Negotiation Skills, Team building and Decision Making.
• A pre-placement training in the seventh semester focuses on Interview Skills, Group Discussions, Business Etiquettes and Work Ethics.
